We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join the team at Right Now Residential. You'll take ownership of the full lettings process - from building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, to confidently negotiating offers and seeing them through to a successful key handover. Key Responsibilities
- Hosting and conducting professional property viewings across our portfolio of London developments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants throughout the lettings journey
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants, and matching them to suitable properties with precision
- Managing the full offer process - from opening negotiations through to successful completion and key handover
- Providing an exceptional level of service that consistently exceeds client expectations
- Managing your pipeline with focus and organisation
- Staying up to date with market conditions to advise clients with confidence and authority
About You
- 2+ years proven experience in a lettings negotiator or similar residential estate agency role
- A solid understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident, personable, and professional
- Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational ability
- A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the drive to see things through
