Right Now is a London-based residential leasing and management specialist, focused on Build-to-Rent and Co-Living. We work with leading investors, developers and funds to lease and operate some of London’s most impressive rental communities. Our mission is simple: Winning Together. The Right Way. We believe performance comes from doing the basics brilliantly, backed by intelligent solutions, great people and a positive, ownership-led culture.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for experienced Leasing Negotiators with 1–3 years’ residential lettings experience who want to step into a more professional, asset-led and performance-driven environment. At Right Now, you’ll work with institutional-grade Build-to-Rent and Co-Living schemes, not traditional high-street stock. You’ll operate within structured sales processes, collaborate closely with asset management teams, and be trusted to manage the full leasing journey — from enquiry to move-in. You’ll be customer-facing, target-driven and commercially minded, playing a key role in maximising occupancy, conversion rates and resident experience across our developments. This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, values quality, and wants clear progression within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries and qualifying applicants in line with scheme-specific criteria
  • Conducting and hosting professional, high-quality viewings across apartments and communal areas
  • Building strong rapport with prospective residents and confidently closing lets
  • Negotiating terms, securing offers and progressing deals through to completion
  • Delivering clear, accurate information on pricing, availability and lease terms
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth applicant journeys and move-ins
  • Providing detailed feedback on demand, objections and market conditions
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Right Now and our client developments at all times
  • Maintaining excellent standards of presentation across apartments and amenity spaces
  • Managing keys, diaries and viewings efficiently and responsibly

Our Values – POWER

  • Positivity – You bring energy, professionalism and confidence to every interaction
  • Ownership – You take responsibility for your performance, results and resident experience
  • World-Class Basics – You consistently deliver on communication, organisation and follow-through
  • Exceed Expectations – You go beyond the basics to convert interest into successful lettings
  • Rise – You are ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to progress

What We Offer

  • A professional, best-in-class leasing environment focused on quality and performance
  • Exposure to some of London’s most exciting Build-to-Rent and Co-Living developments
  • Clear targets, structured processes and strong asset support
  • Competitive basic salary with performance-related commission
  • Fully expensed travel between sites
  • Ongoing training and development from experienced leasing leaders
  • A defined progression pathway for high performers

Working days Monday to Saturday (rota-based)

About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in residential lettings or leasing
  • Confident handling viewings, negotiations and applicant progression
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional manner
  • Commercially aware and motivated by targets and results
  • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing your own workload
  • Well-presented at all times (smart / business casual attire)
  • Able to commute to one or more London developments
  • No driving licence required

This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond traditional agency and into a modern, institutional leasing platform. If you’re driven, professional and ready to take ownership of your performance, we’d love to hear from you.
