This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist operation responsible for delivering high-value luxury goods directly to private clients across London and the surrounding areas. Working within a premium service environment, you will be driving a modern Volkswagen ID. Buzz and regularly interacting with high-net-worth individuals, luxury retailers, private residences, exclusive venues, and VIP clientele. This role would suit someone who takes pride in their appearance, enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, and understands the importance of confidentiality, trust, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities of a Luxury Delivery Driver- Deliver high-value luxury goods safely and securely to customers across London and the South East
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, acting as a professional ambassador for the business
- Handle valuable and sensitive items with care, attention, and discretion
- Complete deliveries accurately and within agreed service levels
- Obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with customers and the operations team regarding delivery schedules and updates
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle remains clean, secure, and presentable
- Follow all company security procedures and operational guidelines
- Represent the business professionally when attending private residences, luxury venues, hotels, events, and customer locations
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Full UK Driving Licence with a good driving record
- Previous experience within a customer-facing driving, chauffeur, concierge, hospitality, luxury retail, or delivery environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, professional, and highly presentable
- Strong customer service focus with a positive and proactive attitude
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas
