Are you currently looking for an office-based Regional Project Coordinator role within a leading client within the Construction industry? Perhaps you pride yourself on your attention to detail, proactive nature, and administration skills and would be confident providing full Commercial Project support. Our client is willing to train the right person looking for their first office role; however, if you do have experience managing Projects within the construction or manufacturing spaces, then this could be the ideal role for you.

- Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
- Location: Feltham (Office based)
Responsibilities
- Coordinating subcontract engineers for installation projects, assisting in the management of incomplete installations.
- Monitor the timely processing of projects through design, procurement, and installation in line with customer programme and product lead times.
- Managing costs, ordering materials for projects, and managing any late costs associated with these projects.
- Administrative tasks involve handling SAP processes, raising purchase orders for subcontract engineers, and providing customers with updates on project progress.
- Reporting to the Projects Director, ensuring information is accurate.
- Managing the invoicing process for completed projects.
Desirable Qualifications
- Project Management experience.
- Previous Project Management experience within Construction, Building Materials, Engineering Manufacturing.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Attention to detail.
- Exposure to Project Management qualifications such as Agile or PRINCE2.
- Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range.
- Outgoing and customer-driven nature.
