- Hours: Monday to Friday
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
- Location: Feltham (Office based)
Responsibilities
- Coordinating subcontract engineers for installation projects, assisting in the management of incomplete installations.
- Monitoring the timely processing of projects through design, procurement, and installation in line with customer programme and product lead times.
- Managing costs, ordering materials for projects, and managing any late costs associated with these projects.
- Administrative tasks involve handling SAP processes, raising purchase orders for subcontract engineers, and providing customers with updates on project progress.
- Reporting to the Projects Director, ensuring information is accurate.
- Managing the invoicing process for completed projects.
Desirable Qualifications
- Project Management experience.
- Previous Project Management experience within Construction, Building Materials, Engineering Manufacturing.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Attention to detail.
- Exposure to Project Management qualifications such as Agile or PRINCE2.
- Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range.
- Outgoing and customer-driven nature.
