Right Now Group are recruiting for a Night Security Controller on behalf of a leading secure logistics business based in Feltham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation responsible for protecting high-value assets across multiple secure locations.
Working from a central control room, you'll oversee site security throughout the night by monitoring CCTV systems, managing access control, coordinating operational activity, and ensuring company security procedures are followed at all times. Previous security experience is advantageous but not essential. Our client is happy to train the right individual who can demonstrate reliability, professionalism, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor CCTV systems across multiple secure sites and respond to any unusual activity.
- Carry out regular surveillance checks to ensure all security systems remain fully operational.
- Monitor site perimeters and elevate security concerns where necessary.
- Control access to secure facilities, ensuring only authorised personnel are granted entry.
- Open and secure high-security vaults in accordance with strict operational procedures.
- Scan and process operational documentation accurately.
- Securely dispose of confidential documentation in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, access records, and operational reports.
- Liaise with site teams and elevate operational or security issues when required.
- Ensure all company security, health & safety, and data protection procedures are followed.
- Previous experience within Security, CCTV Monitoring, Control Room Operations, Gatehouse Security, Customer Service, or a similar role would be advantageous.
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
