We are looking for a Compliance Executive to join our Compliance team within our fast‑paced Recruitment organisation. Joining a very successful team, you would be responsible and dedicated to compliance for a variety of clients supporting the day‑to‑day operation; whilst being supported and encouraged to develop personally and professionally in your own career.
Hours: 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday, office based role
Holidays: 25 days + birthday day off

Responsibilities of a Compliance Executive will include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating the end‑to‑end progression of candidates through our Recruitment flow
- Working with external clients to clear compliance pack to regulated standards
- Work towards Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and being aware of any changes
- Working with successful candidates to complete their applications and troubleshooting any issues that arise for these candidates
- Processing documents, references and requested DBS applications
- Utilising the Recruitment inbox to respond to related queries from candidates
- Maintaining our CRM, keeping all application notes and files up to date and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our database
- Provide ongoing training for internal staff with compliance changes
- Be organised and have good attention to detail
- Support with resourcing as and when required
Essential:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can do attitude, willingness to go above and beyond
- MS Office skills (including Outlook)
- Driven and ambitious outlook
Desirable:
- Previous exposure to a busy environment
- Previous experience in a customer/people facing role
- Experience in a telephone-based role, managing and developing relationships
