Right Now Group are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance and Reach Truck Operators to join a well-established logistics company based in Langley. This is a full-time night shift role.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 19:00 - 05:00
Overtime: paid at 1.5x
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance Forklifts and Reach Trucks in line with company policies and health & safety standards
- Load, unload, move, and stack goods and pallets
- Carry out daily visual safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any faults
- Accurately complete warehouse documentation and support inventory control procedures
- Assist with picking, packing, labelling, and general warehouse duties when required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
The Successful Candidate:
- Holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and Reach Truck Licence
- Has a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Demonstrates strong awareness of health & safety practices
- Is willing to be trained in screening and compliance procedures
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has good communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Ideally has experience with X-ray screening
- Holds a Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
