The role would suit an organised and creative individual with previous experience within Marketing, Communications, Design or Sales Support who is looking to develop their career within a global brand environment.
You will support a wide range of activities including content creation, product launches, trade shows, market research and international marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do approach. Practical Adobe InDesign experience is essential, with Photoshop, HubSpot or content management experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Managing marketing assets including brochures, specification sheets, photography, video and sales tools
- Updating marketing literature using Adobe InDesign, following approved templates and brand guidelines
- Coordinating literature updates, translations and publication across relevant websites and marketing portals
- Managing document control and ensuring internal teams and distributors have access to the latest materials
- Supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows and events
- Responding to routine marketing enquiries and coordinating regional requests
- Liaising with agencies, suppliers and translation providers when required
- Monitoring market research, industry news and competitor activity to identify relevant insights and trends
- Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Culinary and Aftersales teams
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience within Marketing, Communications, Design, Sales Support or a similar environment
- Practical Adobe InDesign experience is essential, including editing templates and preparing print-ready PDFs
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and file-management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with content management systems, digital asset platforms or marketing portals
- Photoshop and HubSpot/CRM experience would be beneficial
- Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing or another technical environment would be desirable
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to work
