Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring quality and compliance? We\’re looking for a Goods In Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Colnbrook

About the Role:
As a Goods In Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries from suppliers meet purchase order requirements and comply with company standards.
This includes verifying documentation, booking stock into our ERP system, performing physical inspections, and working closely with various internal departments

Key Responsibilities:

• Open deliveries and verify certifications against order details
• Coordinate with drivers to process deliveries on arrival
• Accept a variety of goods, including painted and custom components
• Carry out inspections to ensure goods meet design and contractual specifications
• Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain inspection methods and quality checks
• Liaise with the Events/Logistics team for any anomalies or incorrect goods
• Support general warehouse duties and assist colleagues where needed
• Work alongside Warehouse Management to maintain operational accuracy
• Keep the warehouse clean and organised at all times

What We\’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a goods-in or warehouse role
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Comfortable using computer systems for stock booking and tracking
