Right Now Group is currently recruiting for a number of part-time Warehouse Operatives for a large global parcel company based at East Midlands Airport (DE74). No previous experience is required as full training will be provided for this role.
Part-Time Shift Pattern
- Sunday 20:00 PM - 05:00 AM
- Tuesday 01:30 AM - 05:15 AM
- Wednesday 01:30 AM - 05:15 AM
- Thursday 01:30 AM - 05:15 AM
- Friday 01:30 AM - 05:15 AM
We are offering full or part week working shifts, so please advise your consultant what role you are interested in. Please note - you will only be able to start once we have completed your 5-year employment and/or education history. Therefore, no immediate start is available.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will receive:
- Free Parking

- Hourly rate £13.67 - £15.00 (based on length of service)
Duties of a Warehouse Operative will include:
- Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Loading and Unloading Parcels onto X-Ray machines, Conveyor belts, and Vehicles.
- Using hand-held scanners to scan parcels as they travel through the facility.
- Adhering to Health and Safety legislation at all times.
This position will involve repetitive manual lifting and some parcels could weigh anything up to 25kg, so it is essential that you have a good level of fitness.
The successful Warehouse Operative will need:
- Safety Boots / Steel Toe capped boots (You will need to provide these)
- 5-year checkable work history, ideally based in the UK.
- DBS dated in the last 26 weeks or a new DBS (Criminal Record check) to be applied for by Right Now Group, paid for by yourself in advance, and must not show any disqualifying criminal convictions.
- Aviation Security Training (Cargo Operative Training) to be completed prior to starting; this will be administered by Right Now Group and paid for by yourself in advance.
