Right Now Group is currently recruiting for a Cargo Reservation Agent for a large airline GSA based in the Heathrow area. The ideal candidate will have a background in freight or cargo and is looking to join a reputable company and progress in their career.
Job Duties:
- Work within the customer services team, collaborating with reputable freight forwarders and airlines.
- Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and online portal.
- Book aircraft space for clients, providing the best price and transit time.
- Liaise with the sales team regarding lapsed and existing accounts.
- Ensure airline requirements are met according to client specifications.
