A well-established and growing business within the arcade and amusements industry is seeking a technically minded Account Manager to support and develop customer sites across Southern England and Wales. This opportunity would suit either an experienced Account Manager or an engineer/technician from the arcade industry looking to move into a more customer-facing role. This is a field-based position offering autonomy, variety, and the chance to directly influence site performance and customer satisfaction. The role is hands-on and site-focused, combining technical knowledge with commercial awareness and regular customer interaction.

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Remote, with travel across Southern England and Wales
The Role
- You will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of existing arcade and amusements sites.
- This role blends technical understanding, data analysis, and relationship management, making it ideal for someone comfortable on-site and confident speaking with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse site and machine performance, identifying under-performing equipment and recommending improvements.
- Monitor payout ratios and overall commercial performance to optimise results.
- Produce regular performance and account reports for internal teams and customers.
- Manage stock levels and consumables across assigned sites.
- Carry out routine site visits and audits to ensure machines are fully operational, well-presented, and compliant.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues professionally and proactively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to improve site performance.
About You
- Background in the arcade, amusements, coin-op, redemption, or gaming industry.
- Experience in account management, site management, or a technical/engineering role.
- Comfortable travelling to sites and dealing directly with customers.
- Commercially aware with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently in a field-based role.
