Role Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations in line with company standards and performance targets.
Overseeing goods-in, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processes.
Ensuring a minimum 98% picking and packing accuracy is consistently achieved.
Planning and conducting weekly stock counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Investigating stock variances and maintaining stock loss below 1% of annual cost of sales.
Designing and improving warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation and efficiency.
Producing regular operational reports on stock movement, accuracy, and slow-moving inventory.
Liaising with suppliers and transport providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
Maintaining accurate goods-in and goods-out documentation and system records.
Desirable
Forklift licence.
Knowledge of warehouse management or inventory systems.
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Interest or experience within the amusement or leisure industry.
