Job Title: Trainee Logistics Planner

Salary: GBP25,000‑GBP29,000

Location: Feltham

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of daily logistics activities.
• Communicate with hauliers and customers to help arrange and manage import shipments.
• Support the preparation and processing of customs clearance documentation in line with regulations.
• Monitor shipment progress and help resolve any delays or issues with guidance from the team.
• Ensure internal systems are kept accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Excel reports tracking shipments, KPIs, and costs.
• Maintain operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service standards.
• Work closely with other departments to support smooth end‑to‑end logistics operations.
