As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on sourcing temporary workers, including warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, HGV drivers, X-ray screeners, pick and packers, customer service staff, and other skilled roles. Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Update candidate information in our in-house CRM system.
- Learn to generate new business and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Comfortable using both a PC and phone to complete tasks efficiently.
