Our client is looking to strengthen their commercial team by appointing an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop relationships across key customers and Third-Party Logistics providers (3PLs). Experience in Account Management or CX/UX within a software, eCommerce, logistics, or digital solutions environment would be highly advantageous.

Please Note: This is a hybrid working full-time permanent opportunity with excellent long-term career prospects for the right candidate.

Location: Egham - Hybrid working

Salary: up to £40,000 per annum + OTE

Role Overview: Working closely with the Sales, Product, Customer Operations, Onboarding, and Project Delivery teams will be essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience across strategically important accounts. The primary objective is to support customer growth, strengthen existing relationships, maximise adoption of digital delivery solutions, and improve overall retention and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject-matter expert across our clients' delivery management and eCommerce software solutions
  • Manage and develop relationships with key 3PL providers
