We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the implementation of strategies that drive employee engagement, compliance, and organisational growth for a dynamic, growing organisation.

Key responsibilities include supporting our HR initiatives across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, engagement, reporting, and strategy execution.

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Slough

Shift: Monday – Friday

  • Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflicts and disciplinary actions.
  • Contribute to recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation, and facilitating smooth integration for new hires.
  • Oversee the UK payroll submission process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Promote employee engagement by organising team‑building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
  • Produce HR reports to support decision‑making and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Work with the Senior HR Business Partner on strategies aligned with organisational objectives and contribute to implementing HR programs that support business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong background in HR.
  • Clear DBS and full 5‑year referenceable status.
