The successful candidate will be tasked with leading an established Order Management team, where continuous improvement, meticulous detail and outstanding customer service are at the heart of everything they do.
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent - Office Based
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Role Location: Henfield
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the Order Processing team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.
- Oversee customer order validation, Sage order entry, job card preparation and invoicing, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant.
- Ensure customer-specific instructions, pricing, credit limits and compliance requirements are followed, escalating issues where necessary.
- Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Production, Transport, Accounts and SHEQ to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Prepare management reports and performance metrics.
