We are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the manufacturing and construction sector, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke solutions to a wide range of commercial clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a Quotation Coordinator to support their commercial team and help manage the flow of incoming enquiries.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Location: Henfield
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess all incoming enquiries to ensure they are complete, accurate, and commercially suitable
- Act as a central checkpoint before opportunities are progressed to the sales and estimating teams
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Ensure all relevant information is captured to enable accurate quotation preparation
- Allocate enquiries to the appropriate teams based on scope and complexity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
- Identify repeat or historic enquiries through detailed system checks
- Manage timelines and ensure clear expectations are set with customers
- Provide a high standard of communication at all stages of the enquiry process
- Escalate issues where necessary and support continuous improvement of processes
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar coordination, pre-construction, or commercial support role
- Strong administrative background within a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing or construction processes would be beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to question and clarify information
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
