Right Now Group is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our international client, who is expanding their exceptional team of Account Managers based in North West London. They're now on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing high-end service to a luxury client base.
If you have experience in Account Management within the Removals, Storage, or Logistics & Supply Chain sectors, and you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the ideal role for you!
We're especially keen to hear from candidates who speak French or Italian, as you'll regularly liaise with clients and partners across Europe.
- Role Type: Permanent
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Hybrid working - 1 day WFH)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively upsell services such as storage, full value protection, and third-party offerings
- Generate accurate quotes or book site surveys in coordination with estimators
- Input and manage data in Moveware, ensuring competitive rates and service quality from multiple suppliers
- Maintain strong client and supplier relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Complete all sales-related admin tasks to a high standard and ensure accurate records are kept
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and preferably French or Italian to support communication with European clients
- Background in Account Management within Logistics, Fine Art, Customs, Removals, or Storage
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Experienced in nurturing relationships with clients and third-party service providers
- Familiarity with Moveware or similar CRM/quoting systems is a plus
