We are seeking a Key Account Manager with a strong background in waste and recycling to manage and develop a portfolio of high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders through regular site visits, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement tailored waste and recycling strategies aligned with each client's operational requirements and sustainability goals.
- Lead engagement initiatives designed to promote awareness and encourage positive behavioural change regarding waste management.
- Analyse waste data and performance metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and demonstrate measurable client value.
- Identify and introduce innovative technologies and circular economy solutions that deliver cost savings and carbon reductions.
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and environmental objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate billing, and strong account profitability.
- Manage contract compliance, negotiate pricing, and proactively resolve operational or commercial issues before escalation.
