Right Now Group are currently looking for an experienced Freight Sales Executive to join our client within the freight sector. This role focuses on generating and growing sales in their air freight team, covering both import and export.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + Performance Incentives
Hours: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities through self-sourced leads and those provided internally.
- Use strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and develop long-term partnerships.
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive sales growth across air freight and courier services.
- Create accurate, competitive quotes while ensuring all relevant terms and conditions are correctly applied.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure client needs are met with the right service solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to operations post-sale.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a freight forwarding environment (preferred).
- Good understanding of international freight and logistics processes.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
- Confident negotiator with a track record of securing new business.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Existing business contacts in the industry are a bonus.
