We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the implementation of strategies that drive employee engagement, compliance, and organisational growth for a dynamic, growing organisation.
Key responsibilities include supporting our HR initiatives across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, engagement, reporting, and strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflicts and disciplinary actions.
- Contribute to recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation, and facilitating smooth integration for new hires.
- Oversee the UK payroll submission process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Promote employee engagement by organising team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
- Produce HR reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
