Beer Dispense Technician

Right Now Group are currently partnered with an International Drinks Dispense client, working with some of the best brands in the industry!

They are currently looking to add experienced Dispense Engineers within their Field Service Engineering team inside the M25 region after a continued period of sustained growth.

If you are an experienced field-based Engineer/Technician or have previous hands-on experience/qualifications within Beer, drinks, coffee dispense or vending then this could be the ideal role for you.

IMPORTANT: A company Van will be provided – please note all applicants must have a full drivers license due to the nature of this role.

Job Title: Beer Dispense Technician

Weekly Hours: 8:30 – 17:00 (weekend working is required 1 in 4)

Salary: 28k – 30k + overtime up to double pay + major event cover. OTE of up to 40k.

Role Type: Full – Time Permanent

Location: London – Field Based

Role Description

• Investigate technical issues and resolve along with realising opportunities appropriate to the business needs of the specific customer
• Install, maintain and survey dispense systems
• Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Provide support required for internal and external customers
• Be able to manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative aspects of the role
• Service levels to customer lead-times and KPIs
• Provide Out of Hours reactive Maintenance cover part of the field service company rota

Desirable

• Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role relating to drinks/coffee/beer dispense or vending
• Experience in working out on the road from a van or car
• Good customer relationship skills
• Flexible approach to working hours and days
• Able to work under pressure
• Have good problem-solving acumen
• Ale to both work independently and also as part of a team
