Our client is seeking an experienced
Fine Art Technician to join their specialist art logistics team. This is a hands-on role involving the safe handling, packing, transportation and installation of fine art and valuable objects.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely handle, pack, transport and install paintings, sculptures, installations and delicate objects.
- Carry out installations and de-installations at galleries, museums, private residences, exhibitions and art fairs.
- Work as part of a two-person crew, ensuring artworks are safely loaded, transported and installed.
- Liaise directly with clients, galleries, conservators and other stakeholders.
- Complete condition checks, reports, packing lists and inventory records.
- Support warehouse operations including artwork intake, packing, inventory and storage.
- Maintain vehicles, tools and specialist handling equipment.
- Travel throughout the UK, with occasional international travel.
- Follow company procedures and industry best practice when handling valuable artwork.
- Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in fine art handling and installation is essential.
- Experience within fine art logistics, galleries, museums or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of fine art packing, handling, transportation and installation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional, client-facing approach.
- Strong attention to detail and safe lifting/handling awareness.
- Reliable, flexible and willing to travel when required.
- Professional, discreet and confident when working with high-value artwork.
