Work with Industry-Leading Equipment
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing some of the most recognised brands in the commercial catering sector, including:
- Merrychef high-speed ovens
- Convotherm combi ovens
- Inducs induction cooking systems
- Delfield refrigeration equipment

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, repair and fault diagnosis of commercial catering equipment.
- Deliver high levels of customer service across a varied customer base.
- Complete service reports and documentation using mobile service management systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
About You
- You will ideally possess:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer.
- COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5 qualifications (essential).
- Commercial Gas qualifications (ACS or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Experience using ServiceMax, Joblogic, ServiceM8 or similar field service software.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.

This role is focused on the London region; therefore, applicants must be comfortable travelling throughout London and the surrounding areas on a regular basis.
