Class 2 Driver
Right Now Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a well-established freight and logistics company based in Feltham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver to join a busy logistics operation, carrying out daily deliveries and collections while ensuring freight is transported safely, securely and within required timescales.
The successful candidate will have previous Class 2 driving experience, a valid CPC and a professional approach when dealing with customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily deliveries and collections in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all freight is loaded, secured and transported safely.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and PODs.
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service when completing deliveries and collections.
- Comply with road transport regulations, company procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
The Successful Candidate
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC.
- Previous experience within a Class 2 delivery role.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused approach to work.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary between £35,000 - £38,000.
- Monday - Friday working hours.
- Based in Feltham.
- Permanent Class 2 driving opportunity.
