Right Now Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Export Freight Operator to join a leading international logistics business based within the Heathrow area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Air Export professional who is confident managing Air Freight Export shipments from start to finish , including airline bookings, Air Waybills, export documentation and customs declarations using CDS . The position will predominantly involve the movement of pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled shipments , working within a specialist logistics environment where accuracy, compliance and attention to detail are extremely important. Responsibilities of the Export Freight Operator: Manage Air Freight Export shipments from start to finish Handle shipments from initial instruction and booking through to final export and arrival at destination Make freight bookings directly with airlines Prepare and process Air Waybills Check flight details, routings and shipment information Complete export customs declarations using CDS Handle customs entries for EU and non-EU shipments, including NCTS where required Prepare all relevant export documentation and paperwork Liaise with airlines, handling a...
