We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established company. We are currently seeking Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer. Work Pattern:39.82 hours per weekShifts rotating every 2 weeks between days and nightsDay Shift - 05:45 - 18:15Night Shift - 17:45 - 06:15The role: Reporting to the Asset Care LeadFollow GMP, SHE and Engineering proceduresSupport production prioritising safety, quality and production outputComply with legislative and statutory requirementsDemonstrate company values and follow company policies at all timesKey areas of responsibility: Carry out maintenance works according to site safety procedures and risk assessmentsFollow and comply with the company stores policyIdentify and raise requisitions for spares used through the operations administratorComplete allocated PPM tasks and submitted PPM reports to the Asset Care LeadProblem solve and trouble shoot issues specific on individual production equipment to help the plan performance to reach KPIsCarry out continuous improvement tasks identifiedSupervise contractors on site for specific task and take responsibility for them whilst on siteIssue and close work permit if authorised to do soUse workshop tools and equipment to carry out repair works as per safe working proceduresComplete installation works as and when required related to site improvementsAlways maintain tools and equipment in the workshop in good working orderComply with site technical and food safety standardsGeneral housekeeping duties for workshops and common areas covered by engineeringMaintain critical infrastructure on site as requiredQualifications/Experience required: Electrical and Mechanical qualified within the following rangeDegree /HND/HNC/OND/ONC/Btech or level 3 NVQ or above18th edition wiring regulation, City & Guilds 236/2360 parts 1,2 and C (electrical installation or similar)Experience working on mechanical and electrical aspects of machines and setting up of production equipmentFLT licencePC/IT literateRelevant experience or certification in machine operation / Engineering operationsProven industry experience in a manufacturing or production environmentIOSH or equivalent safety certifiedIf you are interested please apply directly or call Tom Kurczab at Right Match Recruitment Group.
