Probate Paralegal to join its established Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Probate Paralegal who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

You will work closely with experienced Solicitors, assisting with a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters.

The firm is committed to investing in its people and offers genuine career progression, with the opportunity to take on your own caseload under supervision as your knowledge and confidence develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting Solicitors with a range of probate and estate administration matters.
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence and client communications.
  • Supporting with applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties.
  • Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Carrying out estate administration tasks and assisting with the progression of matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Providing a high level of client care and support throughout sensitive matters.

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Probate Paralegal or within a Private Client department is essential.
  • Good understanding of probate and estate administration processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional and empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a busy legal environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
