Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards. Oversee support plans tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations. Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies. Drive service improvement and quality outcomes.Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service. Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance.
