Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds.
- Conduct searches, review title documents, and assist with pre- and post-completion work.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant third parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files on the case management system.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling client queries.
- Conduct basic legal research and ensure all work complies with current regulations and firm policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year's experience working within a conveyancing department (residential or commercial).
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and related documentation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficient in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:
- A Law degree or equivalent legal qualification is desirable.
- Completion of a Paralegal qualification or the LPC is advantageous but not essential.
