This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and compassionate solicitor to manage a varied caseload of privately funded family and matrimonial matters while providing exceptional client care.
Location: Orpington, Kent
Salary: From £45,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE)
The Role
- Divorce and separation
- Matrimonial finance and financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse matters
- Advocacy where appropriate
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The successful candidate will primarily be based in the Orpington office; however, some travel to the firm's other offices will be required to meet with clients.
