Your Next Step
You will become an integral part of the Employment team, handling a varied caseload for both employers and employees. Your work will include:
- Employment Tribunals
- Litigation
- TUPE
- Settlement Agreements
- Mediation
- Policies & Procedures
- General Employment Advice
You will manage your own matters and client relationships, whilst working alongside Partners and experienced colleagues. There is also scope to become increasingly involved in the development and growth of the department, making this an excellent role for someone who wants more than simply managing a caseload.
A Role With Responsibility
As an experienced member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor NQ Solicitors and support junior members of the department, sharing your experience and helping others develop. You will also work closely with the department's support staff, contributing to a collaborative environment where everyone plays an important role in delivering an excellent service to clients. Once you have successfully completed your probation, the firm offers a 2 days from home / 3 days from the Orpington office hybrid working model.
