Right Match Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, highly respected law firm that is continuing to grow its successful Corporate & Commercial Department. We are recruiting for two positions, providing opportunities for both an NQ/1 Year PQE Solicitor and an experienced 4-6 Years PQE Solicitor. This is a firm that genuinely invests in its people. Staff retention is exceptionally strong, with many employees having been with the business for 5, 10, 15 and even 20 years. The Opportunities

  • NQ / 1 Year PQE Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
    Salary: £45,000+ DOE
    An excellent opportunity for an NQ or solicitor with around 1 year PQE to join a high-performing Corporate & Commercial team. You will receive hands-on experience across a varied and interesting caseload, working closely with experienced solicitors and Partners who are committed to developing junior lawyers.
  • Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - 4-6 Years PQE
    Salary: £45,000+ DOE and experience
    For a more experienced solicitor, this role offers the opportunity to take greater ownership of matters, develop client relationships and play a key role within a successful and growing department. There is genuine scope to take on increased responsibility and continue developing your career within a firm that values and retains its people.

Interesting & Varied Work

The Corporate & Commercial team advises owner-managed businesses and SMEs, supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses, from start-up through to growth, transactions and eventual disposal. You will have exposure to a broad range of matters, including:

  • Commercial agreements

  • GDPR
  • Supply agreements
  • Corporate transactions
  • Business sales and acquisitions
  • Large and complex transactions
