This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal administration or conveyancing experience who is looking to join a busy, professional and expanding team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Conveyancing team, assisting with the smooth progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors Preparing and sending correspondence and legal documentation Providing day-to-day support to fee earners across residential conveyancing matters Providing general administrative support to the wider Conveyancing Department Experienced within a legal secretary, legal assistant or conveyancing support role Ideally experienced within a residential conveyancing environment This is a permanent position with an ASAP start available, offering an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with a growing Conveyancing Department.
