Right Match Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in West Surrey. We are recruiting for experienced and forward-thinking Supported Living Service Lead. This is a full-time and permanent position working for a well-established care company in the field of mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression, covering various services within West Surrey (Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Egham, and Aldershot). Must be a driver.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the day-to-day management.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff teams.
- Oversee support plans tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations.
- Manage budgets, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
- Drive service improvement and quality outcomes.
Personal Characteristics:
- Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service.
- Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance.
- Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards.
- Resilient, compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and achieving high safeguarding standards.
