Right Match Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Dartford, Kent. We are recruiting for experienced and forward-thinking Process Operators for Night Shift. This is a full-time and permanent position working for a well-established international company. It is a very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
We currently have permanent vacancies for Process Operators for the night shift at £32,500 per year, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm - 6am. An excellent company benefits package is included. You will be flexible and must be able to work the shift pattern detailed above. Full training will be provided.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Manufacture of dispersion products
- Accurately completing batch documentation
- Complying with Good Manufacturing Practice and Health & Safety requirements
- Liaison with Quality Control staff on the timely passing of batches
- Assisting in utility functions if requested
Candidates should have a GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. Previous experience of the job is not a necessity but is desirable. An ability to work within a team, be highly motivated, and have a flexible approach with plenty of initiative are also required. It is essential that candidates are computer literate in Excel and Word. Experience of continuous improvement initiatives and working with automated systems would be desirable.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate, and a good attitude is key! Please note; a numeracy, literacy, and ability test will be conducted at interview.
