Warehouse Operator Dayshift (rotating shift) in Dartford, Kent

Right Match Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Dartford, Kent. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Warehouse Operator for Day Shift (Rotating shift). This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established international company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

The rotating shift pattern is :

• Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
• Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm (finishing at 8.30pm on Friday)

The Main responsibilities will include;

• Packing documentation creation, order checking, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Supply of materials to Dispensary.
• Warehouse housekeeping.
• Goods-in/out function, sampling, TSL shipping
• Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policy as well as contribution to Business Excellence/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• To carry out any specific tasks as requested by Warehouse Supervisor, Deputy and Manager.

Essential skills:

• Candidates should have a GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths and at some previous experience of the job in warehouse settings.
• An ability to work within a team, be highly motivated and have a flexible approach with plenty of initiative are also required.
• It is essential too that candidates are computer literate in Excel, Word and Oracle. It would be desirable to have experience of continuous improvement initiatives and working with automated systems.
• Candiadtes with FLT or Bendi Licence are highly desirable.
