Right Match Recruitment Group is proud to be representing a forward-thinking and growing law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be based from either the Romford or Blackfriars office, working on a varied and high-quality caseload with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Commercial Property and be confident managing their own caseload.
Experience in Probate would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
Handling all aspects of commercial conveyancing, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
Commercial leases.
Assignments of leases.
Licences to Assign.
Licences to Alter.
Licences to Occupy.
Lease renewals.
Landlord and tenant matters.
Property refinancing and secured lending transactions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other professional contacts.
Providing an excellent level of client care while working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Commercial Property.
Strong experience in commercial conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters.
Able to manage a busy caseload independently.
Excellent technical knowledge and client care skills.
Probate experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop their career within a progressive law firm.
