As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across the business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the senior recruitment partner, the People team, and external partners to ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising vacancies to onboarding new hires.
- Create engaging job adverts and post across multiple platforms (e.g. job boards, company website, social media).
- Manage applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines.
- Screen CVs, arrange interviews, and support hiring managers with scheduling and coordination.
- Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including offer letters and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain recruitment data and metrics for reporting purposes.
- Help identify new and innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Support careers events, assessment days, and employer branding activity where required.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider People team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR admin/support role (including internships/placements).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms or recruitment systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment and HR.
- A team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
