Currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth, this niche insurer is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of an experienced Non-Executive Director (NED). The Role: As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide independent oversight, strategic guidance, and robust governance as the business evolves. You will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organisation, working closely with the Chair, Chief Executive, Board Members, and wider stakeholders across both the Insurance business and the Association.

- A proven track record as a Non-Executive Director, or an experienced senior leader looking to build a portfolio within the insurance sector.
- Qualified accountant status, with strong expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and financial stewardship.
