The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders including policyholders, insurers, brokers, freeholders, leaseholders, tenants and supply chain to manage claims effectively and efficiently.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- An experienced property surveyor, preferable with insurance experience.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in building pathology, building claims, damage assessment, project management and reinstatement work.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write detailed reports.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, handle complex claims and work additional hours during busy periods.
