About Right Formula

At Right Formula, we enable brands to push the limits of sports marketing through a unique blend of expertise, ingenuity and agility that we call the Right Formula. Our complete 360-degree service offering takes brands from partnership identification through to the delivery of fully integrated marketing strategies. With offices in the UK and the US, we support clients worldwide, helping them to accelerate growth through the power of sport.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a brilliant conceptual Senior Creative to join our Creative team and help us create ambitious, original work for some of the world’s leading brands in sport. Working closely with the Head of Creative, you’ll turn strategic briefs into big creative ideas – developing concepts, platforms and campaigns that can live across Formula 1, sport, live experiences, social, content, film, digital and brand partnerships. We’re continuing to build an increasingly ambitious creative offer at Right Formula, and this is an opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the work we produce. You’ll be trusted to pick up a brief, find the creative opportunity within it and get moving – while collaborating with Strategy, Design, Client Services and Live Events to make the thinking stronger. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely ideas-led. Someone who can spot the thought that makes people sit up, turn it into a compelling creative platform and then protect that idea all the way through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Original Ideas: Turn strategic briefs and real client challenges into distinctive creative concepts, campaign platforms and territories that have the potential to make an impact.
  • Think Beyond the Channel: Develop ideas that can live naturally across live experiences, social, content, film, PR, digital and beyond – rather than starting with a predetermined format.
  • Own Your Briefs: Take creative ownership from the outset, moving confidently from problem to proposition and idea without needing excessive direction.
  • Get Involved Early: Work closely with Strategy and Client teams while briefs are still being shaped, helping uncover the strongest creative opportunity before the work begins.
  • Bring Ideas to Life: Use moodboards, references, storytelling and emerging AI tools to communicate your vision and make ideas feel real. Provide clear creative direction to designers, production partners and other specialists.
  • Develop & Protect the Idea: Take creative thinking beyond the initial headline into a fully realised world, acting as a creative guardian throughout design, production and delivery.
  • Collaborate Brilliantly: Work openly with teams across Right Formula, contributing ideas generously, challenging thinking constructively and helping raise the creative standard of the work around you.

Skills & Experience Required

You’ll be an experienced conceptual creative with a strong track record of developing and delivering integrated creative campaigns, ideally within an agency or similarly fast-paced creative environment. Experience working across experiential and live experiences is particularly important. We’re looking for someone who understands how a strong creative idea can move beyond traditional channels and come to life through physical experiences, activations and moments that genuinely engage audiences. Most importantly, you’ll have an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates original conceptual thinking and shows how you’ve developed ideas into compelling, integrated creative work. You’ll also bring:

  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to find a powerful creative idea within a strategic brief.
  • Demonstrable experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and formats.
  • Strong experience creating ideas for experiential, activations and live experiences.
  • The ability to think beyond individual executions and develop ideas into broader creative platforms.
  • Excellent visual literacy and the ability to articulate and direct a creative vision, even if you’re not a designer yourself.
  • The confidence to own briefs independently and move from problem to idea at pace.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate and sell your creative thinking.
  • Experience collaborating with Strategy, Design, Client Services, production teams and specialist partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Curiosity about culture, technology and emerging creative tools, including the possibilities offered by AI.
  • High creative standards and the confidence to challenge thinking constructively to make the work stronger.
  • Strong copywriting skills – whether across campaign lines, treatments, scripts or presentation narratives – would be a bonus.
  • Experience within sport, sports marketing and/or Formula 1 is highly desirable, but not essential.

What matters most is exceptional creative thinking, strong integrated and experiential experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating work within the world of sport.

Role Structure & Benefits

  • Hybrid working
  • Flexible hours with core working hours between 10am – 4pm
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Gym & Retail Discounts
  • Enhanced Employer Pension contribution
  • Mental Wellbeing Day & Volunteer Day in addition to annual leave
  • Sabbatical Leave in conjunction with long-service
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • After successfully passing probation: Private Healthcare
  • £500 per annum individual training budget
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Payroll giving
  • Season Ticket Loan
  • Work From Anywhere Allowance
