✔️ Commercial Support – create winning proposals, sales materials and client renewals.
✔️ Process Optimisation – streamline workflows and improve efficiency to unlock growth.
✔️ Business Development – research, identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
✔️ Sales Support – deliver engaging pitches and track performance to close deals.
✔️ Collaboration – work across strategy, marketing, design, and client services.

What we’re looking for:
Experience in a commercial, operations or business development role within Formula 1, top-tier sport, media, entertainment, or agency environments
Solid understanding of sponsorship, media rights and activation
Strong project management and organisational skills
Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders
A proactive team player, thriving in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with MS Office , CRM tools and ideally Monday.com
