This is a senior leadership role at the heart of our F1 offering. You’ll take full ownership of high-profile partnerships—driving strategy, leading teams, and delivering best-in‑class hospitality experiences across the global race calendar. As the senior client lead, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring every programme delivers exceptional guest experience, strong commercial return, and measurable brand impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as senior point of contact for key clients
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead partnership strategy, reviews, and forward planning
  • Design and deliver world-class F1 hospitality programmes
  • Ensure full utilisation of rights and measurable ROI
  • Drive innovation across guest experience and activation
  • Lead and develop Account Managers and Executives
  • Set direction, priorities, and resource allocation
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability

  • Significant experience in sports marketing, partnerships, or events
  • Strong Formula 1 (or motorsport) hospitality experience – essential
  • Proven leadership of complex, high-value accounts
  • Deep understanding of sponsorship rights and partnership delivery
  • Commercially astute with experience managing large budgets
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders
  • A strategic thinker with creative flair
