The Opportunity
We’re looking for a UX Designer ready to make their mark. This isn’t a “stay in your lane” role—you’ll be a founding voice in our product design culture, shaping how we think, work, and build. You’ll challenge assumptions, define standards, and take real ownership of user experience across our digital products. Working within our product team, you’ll collaborate closely with Client Services and Client Success to design thoughtful, high-impact solutions. With a live product already in market—and more coming—you’ll be making an impact from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery to production-ready interfaces
- Build and scale our design system and component library
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
- Collaborate in an agile product environment (sprints, reviews, iteration)
- Translate client feedback and business needs into user-centred solutions
- Define and evolve our design processes, tooling, and ways of working
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Identify UX gaps and drive continuous product improvement
About You
You’re entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy building from scratch and moving fast—without cutting corners.
You’ll bring:
- A deep curiosity about users, problems, and systems
- Confidence presenting and defending design decisions
- Strong self-management and ownership of your work
- A collaborative mindset across teams and stakeholders
- A proactive approach to feedback and improvement
- Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Prototyping across different levels of fidelity
- Experience using tools like Miro for workshops and mapping
- User research experience (interviews, usability testing, synthesis)
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design
- Basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS)
- Experience working in agile teams (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics or data visualisation
Experience
- Proven UX/Product Design experience (ideally in SaaS or digital products)
- A portfolio demonstrating process, thinking, and craft (not just visuals)
- Experience in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments is a plus
- Exposure to client-facing or commercial teams is highly desirable
Why Join Right Formula?
- Shape the design culture from the ground up
- Have real influence on product direction
- Combine the energy of a startup with the backing of an established agency
- Operate at the intersection of sport, brand, and technology
