As one of the world's leading motorsport marketing agencies, we work with global brands across Formula 1 and wider sport, helping them unlock the full power of sponsorship through strategy, creativity, communications, digital, events and commercial expertise. We're growing, and we're looking for a commercially driven, ambitious and highly organised Partnerships Executive to join our expanding Commercial team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sports partnerships, sponsorship sales and business development at the very heart of the Formula 1 ecosystem.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and researching prospective brands, sectors and commercial opportunities across the world of sport and sponsorship.
- Building and managing target lists, supporting outbound sales activity and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conducting outreach via email, LinkedIn and telephone to generate interest and secure meetings with senior decision makers.
- Preparing market intelligence, competitor analysis and industry insights to support commercial conversations.
- Coordinating sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, proposals and sponsorship packages.
- Supporting client meetings, capturing actions and ensuring seamless follow-up.
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and uncover new opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Experience within sales, partnerships, business development or sales support.
- Previous experience within sport, sponsorship or agency environments is key.
- Formula 1 experience or a strong understanding of the F1 landscape would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Commercial curiosity, a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
