The Role
We are seeking a Performance & Partnerships-Oriented Strategy Director (Freelance) — an analytical, insight‑driven strategist who can turn data into direction, shaping how brands measure, optimise, and grow the effectiveness of their partnerships.
You’ll design and delivery of performance‑led strategy — combining research, data, and commercial insight to help clients make smarter decisions and achieve greater ROI from their sponsorships and marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Insights: Design, execute, and analyse qualitative and quantitative research to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Measurement & Evaluation: Build performance models, dashboards, and evaluation frameworks that track and demonstrate partnership effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct partnership performance reviews and business development assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Data Translation: Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive client performance and ROI.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with growth, project, and account teams to align strategies with wider business objectives.
- Thought Leadership: Use deep expertise in research methodologies, analytics tools, and intelligence resources to guide strategic decisions.

About You
